Bournemouth University offers Scholarships for International
Postgraduate Students in the field of Tourism.
All applicants classified as 'overseas' for fee purposes are
eligible to apply.
The scholarship applies to all taught full-time postgraduate
(Masters) courses in the School of Tourism.
The schools awards 15 scholarships annually.
The scholarship is worth £2,000. In addition all new
international students classified as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes enrolling in
the School of Tourism in January 2013 will receive an iPad.
The scholarships are paid by a reduction in tuition fee.
Criteria for the
scholarship
You must be able to demonstrate an exceptional academic
profile (equivalent to UK 1st Class Honours degree as assessed by NARIC)
You must be able to demonstrate an outstanding personal
profile as evidenced in your personal statement.
Other information
about this scholarship
Recipients of this scholarship cannot be in receipt of any
other BU scholarship
Financial need will not be taken into consideration.

The deadline for applications is 19 November 2012. You can
apply at the same time or after you have submitted your course application
form. Late applications may be considered if there are funds remaining.
