China Oxford Scholarship Fund

The China Oxford Scholarship Fund (COSF) awards scholarships to students from the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau who have won a place for postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford.

Up to twenty scholarships are awarded annually. Preference is given to those who are studying in the United Kingdom for the first time. Successful candidates are those of the highest calibre studying in any subject. They are chosen for their academic excellence, financial need, leadership quality and their commitment to contribute to the development of China.

Application

Students who are already studying at the University of Oxford are also eligible to apply.

The application process starts on the 1st of January and closes on the 15th April with applications to be received at our Hong Kong postal address. We advise that you read the Frequently Asked Questions document before starting the application as this may help answer questions about the process.
