KTH in Sweden
offers tuition fee waivers to international students. A tuition fee waiver
means that no money is paid out to the student but the tuition fee will be
waived for the total length of the programme which is either 1 year/60 ECTS or
2 years/120 ECTS. As the tuition fee waiver only covers the tuition fee, living
costs will need to be covered by the student.
Eligibility
Citizens from non-EU/EEA/EFTA
countries who are required to pay tuition fees and who has applied for a Master's
programme at KTH as first priority.
Please note that
students from the following 12 countries are not eligible to apply for the KTH
tuition fee waiver: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ethiopia,
Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. If you are a
citizen of one these countries we advise you to apply for the Swedish Institute Study Scholarship.
Please note this
scholarship is not available for applicants to Erasmus-Mundus and EIT Master's
programmes.

If you don't have an established credit history or a high credit score, your approval rating and interest rate will be better by having an approved co-signer. (A co-signer is somebody that agrees to be responsible for the loan payments if you ever default on them.) Critics of the private loan industry feel that some lenders take advantage of uninformed online degree programs. Some rely on heavy marketing techniques, lack of awareness about federal loan choices, and a lack of consumer protections. You've got to see this for more info.
